Register to virtual game with Proutist Universal Malta
Dear participants,
You are cordially invited to register for a virtual game to promote volunteering in European countries. Form a group of six people and register now! Top three teams can win great prizes!
Registration is open until August 22, 2022. After registration you will receive a Zoom link where the virtual game will take place.
Below is the data processing, image, parental/guardian consent to participate in the game. In the case of minors, it is the responsibility of the participants to present the signed consent form of the participants and the consent of the parent or legal guardian. In the case of persons over the age of 18 and above, it is the responsibility of the participants to give their consent.
Failure to provide consent to the data or parental consent will result in denial of participation in the game.
Note – You can report all team members in one form
In case you do not have printer, you can write the consent form on a piece of paper and have the participants and parent/guardian sign them. Include a good quality of photograph of both of the documents. The Virtual game is developed as a part of the E-volunteering – Key to be Active project, Eramus+ Programme of the European Union.
