National Agencies of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps Programme organized TOSCA training course in Ostend, Belgium on October 16 to 20, 2023, co-ordinated and monitored by SALTO European Solidarity Corps Resource Centre The training course was organised by the network of National Agencies of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps Programme and financed by the Erasmus+ European Solidarity Corps Programme of the European Commission.
