Youth volunteers participated in the photo competition of the European Union co-funded Erasmus+ project, E-volunteering – Key to be active. Three photos were posted on the Proutist Universal Malta Facebook page and the most audience voted for the youth volunteer Alessandro Sgobio as the best photo. The second winner is youth volunteer Manav Sanger. Sanger shares story to raise awareness for all round cleanliness through his photo. Sgobio shares her photo for creating sustainable environment.
European Union co-funded Erasmus+ project E-volunteering: Key to be active project organizes photo competition. Proutist Universal Malta make a call to participate in the competition Volunteering in one photo. Participants are required to send a picture with a brief explanation of their volunteer activities. People between 18 and 30 years of age can participate the photo contest including youth and students. Two prizes will be awarded to the winners. One winner will be selected by the Proutist Universal Malta team and the other will be selected by the audience through the Facebook vote. Applications are accepted here.
The aim of the competition is to exchange good experiences related to volunteering and to encourage people to take part in voluntary and conscious work for the benefit of others. The subject of the competition photo must be any voluntary activity in which you participated, However, you can only select one photo, so if you have participated in several such projects, think about which gave you the most satisfaction and benefited the recipients of your activities You must also attach a 500 character description to the photo, in which you will describe about the action captured in the photo. We accept applications from August 17 to November 17th, 2021, and people between 18 to 30 years of age can take part in the competition. The photos will be published on the Facebook page of the Proutist Universal Malta, where a vote will be held on the basis of likes / reactions to the photos in the period November 17th to November 24, 2021. Winners will be announced on November 25, 2021. Two prizes will be awarded. One winner will be decided by the Proutist Universal Malta board headed by project manager, and the other will be selected by voting on Facebook.
