Marthe Durviaux receives financial assistance from the International Youth Bureau at Belgium for her internship voluntary work at Malta for three months with the Non-Governmental Organisation Proutist Universal Malta.
High School graduate Marthe Durviaux, 18 years, from Brussels, Belgium begins internship voluntary service work with the Proutist Universal Malta on October 18, 2021. During Durviaux internship, she will be participating in different activities of the organisation, such as language course, city and beach clean-up, animal feeding, homeless feeding, Sustainable living and wellness training course, E-volunteering: Key to be active, Sustainable wellness, yoga workshops, health and wellbeing project, Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges, multicultural events, professional development.
Durviaux received her secondary school certificate from the secondary school Institut St.Stanislas, Brussels. She speaks French fluently because it is her mother tongue. She studied Dutch and English at her school.
Beside going to school, Durviaux likes to play football and other sports. She has participated in Scout activities and has done volunteer work with children’s activities for two years. She worked as a human resource director in her school’s mini company Bioboxx. She has experienced with baby sitting because she loves to take care of babies.
While working as a receptionist at the Residence of Golf, Durviaux had experience of taking care elderly people. Durviaux worked as an ambassador of Amnesty International organisation in Belgium in August for one month. She volunteered at the local music festival, Clun Open Air, at Brussels.
Durviaux aims to improve her language learning skill of English and travel around Europe, Asia, Africa the U.S. and other countries of the world in ecological ways to discover the world.
