Romina Timpanaro participates in Sustainable living and wellness Achievers scheme sessions at Gzira, Malta funded by the Government of Malta’s Ministry for Equality, Research and Innovation to release her stress.
Timpanaro is originally from Italy has been living in Malta with family since 2010. She works as a flight attendant and likes to travel a lot and knows regarding spirituality.
The scheme provides 10 sessions that include yoga exercises, guided meditation and interactive sessions on natural way of living and wellness through diets and herbs.
Yoga is an ancient practice to overcome anxiety and stress.
“Yoga helps me to release the stress of my body,” Timpanaro said. “I think meditation is the best thing that happened in my life because I feel more calm, light, focused and clear and these happened in all the spheres of my life.”
Timpanaro started practicing meditation herself.
“I have started first with meditation in the 2013 with a friend of mine that introduce me the transcendental meditation and then when I was pregnant I have started with yoga in 2016 with you tube,” said Timpanaro.
Meditation is good for mind. It helps to become peaceful.
“Definitely meditation helps me a lot at work,” Timpanaro said. “My body, my emotions, everything is more clear and easy. I recommend everyone to participate have this beautiful opportunity to reset mind and body.”
Timpanaro says her goal of life is to have a happy life.
